The New Year to me always brings the excitement of change and the beginning of a renewed start. An opportunity to change the wrongs of the past year, an opportunity to set new goals, and an opportunity to reflect upon past accomplishments. This year will bring a challenging budget development process due to falling State aid and increased costs. These circumstances will be further exacerbated by the District's commitment to a sound academic program. Throughout this winter, please get involved and attend the budget workshops and Board meetings to stay informed and provide input regarding these important issues. The Board meeting dates can be found on the Board of Education page located on the "Our District" drop down menu.

Sex Offender Notifications

In order to provide parents/guardians and residents with information concerning convicted sex offenders who are living in this district, our school district is now benefiting from a new no-cost sex offender alert notification program.  Parents For Megan's Law (PFML) will e-mail district residents, who have registered, informing them of any new sex offender's presence and direct them to their website where they can access a full copy of the notification.  If you have not already registered to receive current of future sex offender notifications please contact the Parents For Megan's Law Helpline at (631) 689-2672 or go to the Parents For Megan's Law Website and click on the "E-Mail Alert Programs" link (paper application).
